I apparently chose a bad weekend to upgrade to Ubuntu Breezy. X
needed quite a bit of fiddling to get going. The worst bit was finding
I had to add an extra option to xorg.conf so it would return me to
text mode properly and let me read the error messages (i810 graphics
weirdness).
It still isn’t perfect, but its good enough to let me continue
hacking. That’s the fun bit – so it’s what I’m doing.
