gnome-games 2.8 is finally out the door. So far it looks good for not being a brown paper-bag release, but I always get worried with these big releases. I did make an awfully stupid error with the OMF files only a few days ago. Shaun put me right, but I’m sure he could have done without the hassle.
So what’s up for 2.9 ? Currently there is a small back-log of patches, including one from Paolo Borelli to make Four-in-a-row resizeable. I’m rewriting same-gnome to try out some experiments that I’ll propagate to the rest of gnome-games if they work. I’ve also got the new high score system design almost finished, but I’m not looking forward to implementing it. I also intend getting rid of the concept of “seeds” in gnome-games.
